1. Professional Estimates & Scope of Work

Hydro Jet Drain Service provides Free Estimates for all residential and commercial projects.

  • Non-Binding Quotes: Estimates provided via phone, email, or https://hydrojetdrainservice.com/ are preliminary.
  • Site Inspection: A final price is determined only after an on-site evaluation and diagnostic (e.g., Ridgid camera inspection).
  • Trenchless Feasibility: Pipe lining and pipe bursting are subject to the host pipe’s structural integrity. If a pipe is found to be completely collapsed or inaccessible via trenchless methods, a revised estimate for traditional repair will be provided.

3. Licensing, Insurance & Workmanship Guarantee

  • Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind our labor. Specific material warranties (e.g., Perma-Liner) are subject to manufacturer terms.
  • Discounts: Senior and First Responder discounts (10%) and snaking specials ($50 off) must be mentioned at the time of the estimate and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Punctuality & Emergency Prioritization

While we offer 24/7 emergency service and aim for same-day response, Hydro Jet Drain Service is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Jersey Shore traffic or seasonal road congestion.
  • Extreme weather conditions (e.g., coastal flooding or freezing).
  • Access restrictions to the property's clean-outs or main lines.

5. Advice & Diagnosis Disclaimer

Information provided on our website regarding hydro jetting or trenchless repair is for general education. It is not a professional diagnosis. We are not liable for DIY attempts or property damage resulting from the use of chemical cleaners by the client prior to our arrival.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Jersey law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for the failure of pre-existing, structurally unsound pipes during high-pressure hydro jetting or pipe bursting procedures.
